Dani Parsell, PsyD

Licensed Psychologist

Dani (she, her, hers) enjoys working with a wide range of clients providing psychotherapy services. She also provides consultation to parents and schools and has helped integrate a trauma-informed approach into services offered by various community organizations.

Dani specializes in helping individuals and families through the healing process after trauma or loss. She specializes in supporting parents and those thinking about becoming parents. She works with clients during life transitions, through relationship issues, and around women's issues. Dani works from a client-centered and multi-systemic framework, incorporating families, collaborating professionals, and community members into therapy when appropriate. Dani incorporates gestalt, cognitive-behavioral, relational, and humanistic techniques to accommodate client goals. 

Dani earned a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Widener University with concentrations in Cross-Cultural Psychology and School Psychology (2014). She holds an MS in Clinical Psychology from Widener University (2012) and an MSEd in Counseling & Psychological Services from the University of Pennsylvania (2009). Dani graduated with a BS in Clinical Human Services from the University of Delaware (2008).
